Union College, Schenectady NY is seeking a Systems & Discovery Librarian. This position is responsible for improving and sustaining a variety of staff-facing and public-facing library systems to ensure reliable and efficient access to the Library’s collections and resources. These systems include the library services platform (LSP; currently Alma), discovery layer (currently Primo VE), and off-campus authentication services (currently EZProxy and Shibboleth). This position provides leadership in the development and enhancement of staff- and public-facing systems and collaborates with colleagues in other departments to coordinate, assess, and improve LSP and discovery experiences.
Salary Rate / Pay Rate: $65,000-$75,000 annual, combined with an excellent benefits package
