Head of Financial Services
The UConn Library seeks an experienced and proactive manager to serve as Head of Financial Services. Reporting to the Associate Dean, the Head of Financial Services is responsible for supervising a team of professional staff to provide proactive, customer focused financial services that support the daily operations and long term financial planning of the UConn Library.
The successful candidate will have proven achievements in providing efficient and customer-focused workflows and related fiscal services while ensuring the highest level of compliance and transparency. Excellent communication with library staff, senior leadership, and external stakeholders on matters related to fiscal procedures, policies, and regulations is a key component to this position. This position must also demonstrate excellent leadership, professional judgment, knowledge sharing, relationship building, and decision-making practices while reinforcing the principles of inclusion and equity in daily responsibilities.

Appointment and Application Terms
This is a full-time position based in Storrs, Connecticut. The University offers a competitive salary, outstanding benefits, including employee and dependent tuition waivers at UConn and a highly desirable work environment. Salary is dependent upon education, qualifications, and experience.
