The University of South Florida (USF) Library seeks two energetic, committed, mid-career individuals to serve as Electronic Resources Librarians. Areas of emphasis for each position will vary with experience and interest. Reporting to the Director of Collections & Discovery, the Electronic Resources Librarians share in the responsibility for the acquisition and management of electronic and subscription resources for the USF Library System. Responsibilities will include: vendor negotiations, management of e-resources (including serials), collecting and analyzing data and preparing reports, reviewing workflows for efficiency and effectiveness, managing discovery and access, serving on relevant library and university committees, and participating in professional organizations that focus on e-resources. The successful candidates are expected to engage in research, publication, and presentation and must work actively toward promotion. This is a 12-month, non- tenure-track library faculty position.
