Non-tenure track, full-time, twelve-month faculty appointment at Instructor rank. Reports directly to the Dean of the Library. Manages the life cycle of the library’s electronic resources, including the following tasks: identifies new products and services including e-book platforms; establishes trials, promotions, and evaluations; negotiates effective vendor pricing and services; administers electronic resource interfaces; participates in library-wide assessment and tracking usage statistics. Also develops and maintains electronic resources policies and procedures; serves as liaison between the library and other groups on and off campus, including library consortia; and coordinates faculty and staff training. Participates in reference assistance, information literacy instruction, and collection development. There are also professional development and service expectations.
