Electronic Resources & Discovery Services Librarian, Montana State University, Bozeman, Montana

Montana State University Library in Bozeman, MT seeks a 12 month, tenure-track Electronic Resources & Discovery Services (ERDS) Librarian who has primary responsibility for acquisition and maintenance of electronic resources and for providing access to these and other resources through our Discovery Services.

The MSU Library is migrating from Summon to Primo Discovery Service and is expanding its implementation from a single library to ten academic libraries across Montana. The EDRS Librarian is the lead on this implementation. The ERDS Librarian serves as a member of the Collection Development Management Team, oversees staff member time in support of ERDS, and will lead statewide information resource development, help the public troubleshoot access issues, and coordinate across library departments. As a member of the Library faculty, the ERDS Librarian is expected to meet the University’s research and service requirements for promotion and tenure.
