Digital Records Archivist – Duke University, Durham, NC

The Digital Records Archivist provides vision, leadership and oversight of the electronic records program for the Duke University Archives and the Rubenstein Library.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the appraisal, ingest, preservation, and delivery of electronic records across collecting areas in the Rubenstein Library, including University Archives. Creates workflows and trains staff on tools, policies, and procedures related to preservation, access, and processing of electronic records.
  • Works with the University Archivist to survey campus departments, offices, and websites for born digital university records of enduring legal, administrative, and historical value.
