Creates catalog records in all formats; participates in planning, implementing, & evaluating local cataloging policy; performs collection development in assigned subject areas.  Minimum qualifications: ALA-accredited Master’s degree; academic library experience in cataloging & metadata creation; knowledge of AACR2, LC rules & subject heading practice, & MARC21; excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
