Intranet Document Technician – Los Angeles, CA (LAC)

LAC Group seeks for immediate consideration an Intranet Document Technician who, if selected, would be available for a mid- to long-term assignment in a highly regarded law firm located in Los Angeles, CA.  The Intranet Document Technician will be responsible for importing and exporting data, creating reports, and maintaining folders for various business units’ repository/repositories housed in Intranets and other databases.  The ideal candidate will have generalized database and/or web search experience and be familiar with Intranets and document management systems (SharePoint and/or FileSite experience highly desirable).  Must be reliable and have excellent accuracy and time-management skills.  Prior law firm experience is desirable but not required. 

This is a full-time assignment that is anticipated to last at least six months.  Because of the nature of the project, local candidates are preferred.  Candidates must also be able to successfully test for and demonstrate Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
